MAXIMISE PERFORMANCE:
Bodyweight STRONG covers the latest science based physiotherapy and calisthenics techniques. You will learn how to isolate areas of weakness, increase full body awareness and optimise strength gains.

TRAINING PROGRAM:
Programming principles for calisthenics strength, skill, hypertrophy and mobility will be explained. Bodyweight STRONG covers how to create and modify a complete calisthenics program based on your current situation and future goals.
